My body is sore, I am taking it easy this morning, and will get some mall walking in this afternoon.

Just got in from the gym - lower body weights, 30 min run - Whew!  This Forrest Gump thing is HARD WORK!!! lmaoooooo

my problem is keeping my mind occupied while doing the 'hampster' thing - I just get bored as hell! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

CONGRATS TO YOU ON YOUR 5 YEAR WLS ANNIVERSARY!!!   You have done an OUTSTANDING JOB!!  Keeping your weight off is huge!!  Keep doing what you are doing.  I read your post last night but I did not have to properly give you a !!  Keep up the good work!!

hey Naomi ......  dang you just won't let up will ya?

i wasn't planning on doing a daggone thang today.  Have
to get an MRI and do a little shopping for a shower tomorrow.
but ok .... I'll commit to 30 min workout video this evening.

Seriously .... thanks girl for being consistent, persistent and inspiring.

Hello Nana...

I had another great workout at the gym today!!  I feel great!!  I was at gym for almost 2 hours and burned over 1000 cal and this is only the 2nd time my HRM has registered over 1000 calories.  I did 23 min on bike and 22 min on elliptical and 40 min lower body weights and a few crunches. 

You have a good mall walk this afternoon and have a good weekend!!
